Munich Malt Light 1oz - 6.5L in color. Enhances the body and aroma of dark beers, Bocks, festival beers, and stouts.
Pilsner Malt 1oz - 1.8L in color. A sound base malt capable of producing superb Pilseners, lagers, ales, and all other beer types.
Chocolate Malt 1oz - 300L in color. Chocolate malt is used in all dark beers requiring a softer roasted flavor. Such beers include, brown ales, porters, stouts, oatmeal stouts. Imparts a reddish color when used in very small amounts.
Acidulated Malt 1oz - Lowers the pH level of the wort, resulting in intensified fermentation and lightened Pils-like beer color for improved flavor stability and rounded flavor in Pilsener-style light beers, ales, and pale ales. Processed to yield an acid rate of 50-55%.
British Pale Malt 1oz - 2L in color. Marris Otter Malt that can be used most all beer styles. Maltier and fuller flavored than Domestic Pale malts.
Aromatic Malt 1oz - 20L in color. A Munich malt. This product will impart a distinct, almost exaggerated malt aroma and flavor to dark lagers, amber lagers, and German Bocks, even at a rate as low as 10%. Very well modified. Odor of mash: very aromatic.
Victory Malt 1oz - 28L in color. Toasty, Biscuity, Baking Bread, Nutty. With an aroma of baking Bread, Victory(r) Malt is great in Nut Brown Ales and other dark beers.
Crystal Malt 30-37L 1oz - 30-37L in color. Candylike Sweetness, Mild Caramel. Roasted caramel malts that impart golden color. Use 3-7% for Pilsener-style beers for balance; use 5-15% to provide color and sweetness to light amber beers.
Special B Malt 1oz - 300L in color. This caramel malt undergoes a second roasting, resulting in a cross between dark caramel and light-roasted malts, similar to a brown malt. May be substituted for chocolate malt if bitterness is not desired. Intended for Bocks and brown ales. Odor of mash: aromatic.
Cara-Vienne Malt 1oz - 20-30L in color. A pale to medium caramel-style malt with a smooth malty taste well suited to Mrzen and Belgian-style ales. Made from green malt that is drum roasted for good caramelization. Odor of mash: very aromatic.
Flaked Oats 25 Lb Bag - Flaked Oats are used to add typical oat flavor to the wort to create oatmeal stouts. Requires the use of additional water in the mash.
