Gravity Bomb Barleywine All Grain Recipe - This is the All Grain version of our Gravity Bomb Barleywine. This is a great beer for the upcoming winter holidays, but takes a little while to age so you'll want to brew this beer soon! Measuring in at a mere 11.1% alcohol, this Barley Wine will bring the best of them down! It is full of flavor and loaded with goodness. It's not shy on hop flavor either with 92 IBU's! We even add Oak Cubes to the secondary fermentation to add a unique subtle oak flavor profile. What else can we say? This beer is HUGE!
Celebration Ale Clone All Grain Version - This is the All Grain version of our Celebration Ale Clone. This beer is wonderfully strong and hoppy with loads of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops. The color of the beer is a beautiful deep amber, with a white frothy head. Our cloned version is 7.7% abv, which is a bit higher than the current commercial version of Celebration Ale, but we find it to be quite pleasant this way and besides, it helps make the holidays a little more tolerable!
Bumberblonde Ale All Grain Version - There's no better beer during these hot summer days than our Bumberblonde Ale. This Blonde Ale is amazingly light and refreshing while maintaining a rich malt character. Low hopping rates make this beer very quaffable and is sure to be enjoyed by everyone!
Barleywine All Grain Recipe - Our Barleywine recipe will knock you over! Big, malty, and hopped to death, this beer is kick #%#!! Is it styled after the American Barleywine style and does best with some aging. Commercial examples of this beer style include Sierra Nevada Bigfoot, Bridgeport Old Knucklehead, Hair of the Dog Doggie Claws, etc.
India Pale Ale (IPA) All Grain Recipe - Hops, hops and more hops! Our IPA is awesome! Columbus hops are generously added late in the boil to give the beer a huge hop nose and flavor. The color is medium orange with a long lasting head. The beer isn't shy about alcohol either! Commercial examples of the style include Stone IPA, Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, etc.
German Hefeweizen All Grain Recipe - Our German Hefeweizen is amazingly refreshing and satisfying. The aromas of banana and clove are present due to the fermentation characteristics of the German Wheat Yeast Strain. We recommend using the liquid yeast because you can only get these flavors by using liquid yeast. Pale yellow and slightly cloudy just as a true hefeweizen should be! Commercial examples of this beer style include Paulaner Hefe-Weizen, Sprecher Hefeweizen, etc.
Belgian Witbier All Grain Recipe - The Witbier is a Belgian wheat based beer flavored with Coriander and Orange Peel. The body is very light and refreshing. There is a floral aroma quality with a crisp finish. A classic Summertime beer! Commercial examples of this beer style include Heogaarden Wit, Blue Moon Belgian Wit, etc.
Belgian Tripel All Grain Recipe - A pale yellow Belgian Ale with plenty of strength! Spiciness and fruit come through in the nose and flavor with alcoholic warming. It is a very smooth beer for it's strength however. Commercial examples of this beer style include Westmalle Tripel, Chimay White, etc.
Blonde Ale All Grain Recipe - A blonde bombshell! Deep gold in color with a nice white head. Our blonde ale is medium-light bodied and quite refreshing. Three different hops are used to accompany and complement the malt characteristics. Commercial examples of this beer style include Redhook Blonde, Widmer Blonde Ale, etc.
American Wheat Beer All Grain Recipe - Unlike German style hefeweizens, the American style uses a cleaner yeast, resulting in minimal clovey and banana characteristics. Our American Wheat Beer is a great summertime or anytime beer! Slightly cloudy and pale yellow in color as a wheat beer should be. Commercial examples include Pyramid Hefeweizen, Widmer Hefeweizen, etc.
English ESB All Grain Recipe - Our ESB recipe is a classic Extra Special Bitter straight from the pubs of London. A rich malt profile with some diacetyl present lending a slight buttery/toffee flavor. Hopped with East Kent Golding and Fuggle, this beer is extrememly quaffable!
