This gelatin is 100 bloom type B, designed specifically for use in beer and winemaking. It is a more effective clarifier for beer, but can be used in red wines to reduce excess tannins before bottling. Typical dosage is one tablespoon per 5 gallons of beer. The gelatin is dissolved in 1/2 pint of cold water, and warmed slowly until the gelatin dissolves. DO NOT BOIL. Stir into beer at priming or kegging.
