Bumberblonde Ale Extract Version - There's no better beer during these hot summer days than our Bumberblonde Ale. This Blonde Ale is amazingly light and refreshing while maintaining a rich malt character. Low hopping rates make this beer very quaffable and is sure to be enjoyed by everyone!
Celebration Ale Clone Extract Version - This is the Malt Extract version of our Celebration Ale Clone. This beer is wonderfully strong and hoppy with loads of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops. The color of the beer is a beautiful deep amber, with a white frothy head. Our cloned version is 7.7% abv, which is a bit higher than the current commercial version of Celebration Ale, but we find it to be quite pleasant this way and besides, it helps make the holidays a little more tolerable!
Winter Warmer Extract Recipe - Tis the season of big, strong winter brews that warm the body and soul! Winter Warmer Ale will be your best friend during these cold winter nights. This seasonal beer is big, malty and full of flavor. Deep amber hues are derived from the use of dark British Crystal malts giving the beer an almost toffee like flavor. Balanced with Golding and Fuggle hops, there couldn't be a better beer for the season! Whether you're sipping a pint by the fire, or a quaffing a pint after a hard day on the slopes, Winter Warmer is sure to raise your spirits!
Gravity Bomb Barleywine Extract Recipe - This is the Extract version of our Gravity Bomb Barleywine. This is a great beer for the upcoming winter holidays, but takes a little while to age so you'll want to brew this beer soon! Measuring in at a mere 11.1% alcohol, this Barley Wine will bring the best of them down! It is full of flavor and loaded with goodness. It's not shy on hop flavor either with 92 IBU's! We even add Oak Cubes to the secondary fermentation to add a unique subtle oak flavor profile. What else can we say? This beer is HUGE!
Blonde Ale Extract Recipe - A blonde bombshell! Deep gold in color with a nice white head. Our blonde ale is medium-light bodied and quite refreshing. Three different hops are used to accompany and complement the malt characteristics. Commercial examples of this beer style include Redhook Blonde, Widmer Blonde Ale, etc.
English ESB Extract Recipe - Our ESB recipe is a classic Extra Special Bitter straight from the pubs of London. A rich malt profile with some diacetyl present lending a slight buttery/toffee flavor. Hopped with East Kent Golding and Fuggle, this beer is extrememly quaffable! Commercial examples include Fullers ESB, Whitbread Pale Ale, Redhook ESB, etc.
American Wheat Beer Extract Recipe - Unlike German style hefeweizens, the American style uses a cleaner yeast, resulting in minimal clovey and banana characteristics. Our American Wheat Beer is a great summertime or anytime beer! Slightly cloudy and pale yellow in color as a wheat beer should be. Commercial examples include Pyramid Hefeweizen, Widmer Hefeweizen, etc.
India Pale Ale (IPA) Extract Recipe - Hops, hops and more hops! Our IPA is awesome! Columbus hops are generously added late in the boil to give the beer a huge hop nose and flavor. The color is medium orange with a long lasting head. The beer isn't shy about alcohol either! Commercial examples of the style include Stone IPA, Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, etc.
Irish Stout Extract Recipe - Mmmmmm, Stout! This recipe is modeled after the beer that made Ireland famous and my guinness it's good! Silky black with dry roasted flavors abound, the flavor is heaven. Commercial examples of this beer style include Guinness Stout, Beamish Stout, Murphy's Stout, etc.
Robust Porter Extract Recipe - Our Robust Porter recipe is a big beer. The flavor is loaded with chocolate with a creamy smooth body. Magnum hops are used to balance the beer's malty character. Commercial examples of this beer style include Sierra Nevada Porter, Deschutes Black Butte Porter, etc.
English Brown Ale Extract Recipe - Our English Brown Ale is a Northern English style version. The flavor is slightly sweet with toffee, chocolate and nutty notes. The color is a beautiful light brown with good clarity. English Fuggle and East Kent hops finish out the Engish flavor profile. Commercial examples of this beer style include Newcaste Brown Ale, Samuel Smiths Nut Brown Ale, etc.
