Polyclar (PVPP) is an insoluble plastic powder which settles out or is filtered from finished product. For Beer: Polyclar is used to clear the chill haze in beer. Mix two teaspoons in 1 pint of beer at priming or kegging. If kegging, agitate keg once oxygen is purged. Allow at least two hours to settle out. For Wine: Use 2 teaspoons per gallon to remove oxidation and browing. Filtering is recommended.
