Winter Warmer Extract Recipe - Tis the season of big, strong winter brews that warm the body and soul! Winter Warmer Ale will be your best friend during these cold winter nights. This seasonal beer is big, malty and full of flavor. Deep amber hues are derived from the use of dark British Crystal malts giving the beer an almost toffee like flavor. Balanced with Golding and Fuggle hops, there couldn't be a better beer for the season! Whether you're sipping a pint by the fire, or a quaffing a pint after a hard day on the slopes, Winter Warmer is sure to raise your spirits!
Celebration Ale Clone Extract Version - This is the Malt Extract version of our Celebration Ale Clone. This beer is wonderfully strong and hoppy with loads of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops. The color of the beer is a beautiful deep amber, with a white frothy head. Our cloned version is 7.7% abv, which is a bit higher than the current commercial version of Celebration Ale, but we find it to be quite pleasant this way and besides, it helps make the holidays a little more tolerable!
Gravity Bomb Barleywine Extract Recipe - This is the Extract version of our Gravity Bomb Barleywine. Measuring in at a mere 11.1% alcohol, this Barley Wine will bring the best of them down! It is full of flavor and loaded with goodness. It's not shy on hop flavor either with 92 IBU's! We even add Oak Cubes to the secondary fermentation to add a unique subtle oak flavor profile. What else can we say? This beer is HUGE!
