Is Mountain Homebrew & Wine Supply also an actual store where I may shop in person?

Absolutely!  We are a fully operational "e;brick & mortar"e; store open to the general public.

Where is Mountain Homebrew & Wine Supply located?

We are located in Kirkland, WA just one block east of Costco in the Rosehill Plaza on the corner of 85th and 122nd Ave NE.  Our physical address is 8520 122nd Ave NE, B6 Kirkland, WA 98033.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open Monday - Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 11am to 4pm.  We are closed on major US holidays.

ORDERING INFORMATION

How do I place an order?

The best way to place an order is safely and securely over our website.  You may also place an order by calling us toll free at 1-877-Do U Brew (368-2739).

What forms of payment are accepted?

If placing an order through our website, you may pay withVisa, Mastercard, DiscoverorAmerican Express.  You may also pay with aPayPalAccount, or with aMountain Homebrew & Wine Supply Gift Certificate.

Will I receive a confirmation once I have placed my order?

Yes!  We will send a confirmation of your order to your email address once the checkout process has been completed.  If you notice any errors or need to change anything with your order, please contact us immediately so we can correct the order.

Will I be notified if an item I ordered is out of stock?

Yes.  Although we try to stock every item in our inventory at all times, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock.  Should an item you order be out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible to alert you of the situation and let you know when it will be back in stock.  We may also recommend appropriate alternatives or substitutions if need be to fulfill your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

What are my options for shipping my order?

We ship our products through UPS and US Postal Service.  Orders delivered to a PO Box must use the US Postal Service.

What will the shipping costs be for my order?

Shipping costs are determined according to total weight and destination using real time calculations from UPS and US Postal Service.  Shipping costs on your order can be calculated on our website by viewing your shopping cart and entering your zip code in the "e;Calculate Shipping Costs"e; area prior to entering the checkout process.

How long after I place my order will my items be shipped?

Most orders ship Monday-Friday within 48 hours of receipt.  If your order is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact and inform you of the situation with an estimated shipping date.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes.  You can track the progress of your order in our system by clicking on "e;Order Tracking"e; and signing into your account.

Will I receive a shipping notification with a tracking number?

Yes.  Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation to your email address with a tracking number.

Does Mountain Homebrew & Wine Supply ship internationally?

Currently we only ship internationally to Canada.

RETURN POLICES/PROCEDURES

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt.  Items returned after 30 days or without receipt will be at our discretion and subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging condition and contain all accessories.  Other restrictions may apply.  Clearance, Special order and custom items (cut hose, etc), may not be returned.  We cannot accept returns on most food products (malt extract, yeast, etc).  Food products eligible for return are at our discretion and are determined on an individual basis. 

My order arrived and some items were broken, incorrect and/or missing.  What do I do?

If you receive your order and any item is broken, missing, or simply the wrong item, please contact us immediately.  We will do everything we can to fix the problem and make sure you are happy with your order and service.  We can be reached toll free at 877-Do U Brew (368-2739) or by email at customersupport@mountainhomebrew.com .

How do I return an item if I ordered it online?

If you would like to return an item, please contact us and we will issue a Return Authorization Number.  You must have a Return Authorization Number to return items for credit.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the order/item to be returned was our error.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded in any situation.
